It is with mixed emotions that we have to announce that we have sold our restaurant.

This has been our baby for the last 15 years and we are proud of how we took it from nothing to be the successful restaurant that it was.

It is the end of a chapter in our lives....one that has brought many happy memories from our time with Ma-Ja's. We set out not to make fortunes, but wanted to create something that we enjoyed doing and to see our guests leave happy.

We would like to thank each and everyone of you that took the time to visit our restaurant over the years....we definitely could not have done it without you....you helped us live our dream....even those people who wrote bad reviews without even visiting us, those that kept stealing our A boards and those who blamed us for no money in the ATM machines!

Because those few people were more than made up for by all the friends we have made, the couples that returned year after year, the families that we have seen grow up and then brought their own partners/children in to to see us, the private parties we hosted, the birthday's celebrated and all the lovely reviews we received.

So it's on to the next chapter of our lives....whatever that may bring....take care all and once again thank you....next time you are in Carvoeiro, send us a message and we can maybe meet up.
